Refund policy

For all training plans, coaching subscriptions there is a 100% money back guarantee. 

You have the right to cancel a subscription at anytime. 

When you subscribe to a 14 day free trial for any service, if you do not wish to proceed with that service you must cancel the subscription within the 14 day trial period. There will be no further charges for any service and your access to the private training platform will be revoked. 

For a monthly subscription service you may cancel at anytime. As subscription services are charged 1 month in advance, your subscription once cancelled will cease at the end of that billing period. For example if you cancelled your current subscription on April 16th and your next subscription charge fell due on May 2nd, then your subscription to that service would end on May 1st. There are no part month refunds available. 

For any training plan purchased you have the right to a full refund within the first 30 days. After which there is no part refund available

Gift Cards can be refunded if they are valid (not expired) and unused. No part balances will be refunded. All refunds are processed to the original purchaser.
