Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription (monthly), some with a 14 Day Free Trial (try before you buy). This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
All our subscriptions auto-renew until, paused or cancelled. For monthly subscriptions you have the right to pause or cancel at anytime. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each subscription period in advance. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

14 Day Free Trial
When you purchase a 14 Day Free Trial, we authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have 14 days to decide if you want to continue with the subscription. If you choose not to continue with the subscription cancel it within the 14 day trial time period. If you wish to continue with the subscription after the 14 day trial period, you need do nothing your subscription will be charged to your selected payment method until you cancel, skip or pause your subscription.

Training Plans
Once you purchase a training plan, you may cancel the purchase and seek a full refund at anytime during the first 30 days from purchase. After this time no part refunds will be provided.  

Gift Cards

Purchased Gift Cards can be cancelled whilst they are valid (not expired) and unused. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
