Want to get better at running hills, develop better hill running technique, build your aerobic capacity, your leg strength and lactic acid tolerance then this 6-week hill module plan is perfect for when you have a few weeks before your race plan starts.  

It is tailored based on running experience

  • Novice/Beginner, running 3x per week, up to 30 mins with a long run up to an hour
  • Intermediate, running 3-4x per week, for 30-60mins, with a long run up to 90mins
  • Advanced, running 4-7x per week, for 60mins with a long run of 2 hours

With variations based on the distance of next target event:

  • Short, up to 10k
  • Long, over 10k
