This is our Improver subscription package. It has been specifically designed to help runners get new Personal Bests (PB's) or move to longer events. So if you want to improve your running and:

  • Currently run 3 times per week for at least 30 mins each run
  • Want to improve your time to complete a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon
  • Want to move from a 5k to 10k, or 10k to half or full marathon 
  • Looking structured training program personalised for you by a coach, that progressively and safely improves your fitness 
  • Have a specific goal in 8, 12, 16, 20 or 24 weeks
  • Suitable for all ages
  • Wanting to become the BEST you can be

If you are running less than 3 times a week you maybe better suited to our Essentials Package. If you are running 3-5 times per week, and up to 60 minutes on a long run, then you maybe better suited to the Next Level Package
