This is the essentials program for all novices and beginners

It will guide you through going from no or very little activity to becoming active. This si done in a safe and gradual way through and graduated walking program. 

Once you have become more active we can start looking toward completing a 5k, then a 10k and beyond.

All training is presonalised to you, provided in a structured proven training plan, that you access through a private training platform. 

We help new or beginners to running navigate the most optimal training plan
This is our entry level subscription program. It has been specifically designed to help new starters and beginners. If you are about to embark on your running journey and you are:  

  • Suitable for any age, ability or fitness level
  • Completely new to running
  • Have recently begun running
  • A recent return runner, after  long break
  • Looking for guidance to walk, run/walk or run an event
  • Looking structured training program personalised to you by a coach, that progressively and safely improves your fitness
  • Aiming to complete a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon 
  • Training plans vary in length, depending on levels of fitness 
  • Wanting to become the BEST you can be

If you are already running 3 times per week, up to 30 minutes each run, then you maybe better suited to our RhodesRunner RunTeam membership
